Dr. Michael Wahl, Ph.D., is the Chief Engineer and Founder of Next Step Engineering Solutions, LLC (NSES).
With a career defined by startups and innovation, he drives emerging companies past technical and organizational barriers. As a former product and technology leader across industries like transportation and semiconductors, Dr. Wahl has 25 patents, six publications, and a wealth of pending patents in addition to 21 journal/conference publications. His expertise extends to transformational initiatives, including a $5.8M ARPA-E project. His technical focus encompasses design, simulation, software, and instrumentation.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael finds solace in his personal workshop, aeronautics, and running.
