Ken Goodrich
Ken Goodrich brings over 30 years of hands-on experience building, scaling, and transforming home services companies.
As Chairman of the Board at Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing—an 80-year-old brand he acquired and revitalized—Ken has an unmatched understanding of what it takes to solve real problems for homeowners and the contractors who serve them.
Ken’s track record speaks for itself: eight companies built and sold, including multi-branch operations acquired by American Residential Services, where he rose to President. He holds contractor licenses in Nevada, Arizona, and California, and has successfully partnered with leading private equity firms including Baum Capital and Cortec Group to accelerate growth.
Beyond business, Ken is committed to developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople through the J Duncan Goodrich Air Conditioning Technology Institute and his endowment at the College of Southern Nevada.
For Namara, Ken provides invaluable insight into contractor networks, residential service operations, and the practical realities of bringing innovative technology into homes. His investment and guidance represent a significant competitive advantage as we scale.
