Cameron St. Clair

Cameron St. Clair is a co-founder of Rincon Homes, a Carlsbad-based homebuilding and development firm focused on delivering premium coastal and urban residences throughout Southern California. Drawing on his extensive experience in the construction industry, Cameron oversees all vertical and horizontal construction, purchasing, interior design, and capital raising for Rincon’s residential projects, and holds the company’s general contracting license.
Prior to co-founding Rincon Homes in 2009, Cameron served as Area President for Los Angeles and Central Valley at K. Hovnanian Homes, a Fortune 500 national homebuilder, where he managed a wide range of large-scale residential developments. Cameron’s career also includes leadership in hotel and luxury condominium construction, with a portfolio that spans single-family, multifamily, retail, industrial, and hospitality projects in Southern California.
A resident of Carlsbad, Cameron has remained actively involved in the region’s homebuilding and real estate community. He brings more than two decades of hands-on development, project management, and design expertise to every venture, combining a builder’s attention to detail with an innovative approach to modern living.
