Bob Kimmel brings over 30 years of Property and Casualty insurance expertise to Namara’s advisory board, and deep value in the program and specialty markets where water damage risk gets priced, managed, and transferred.

As co-founder and CEO of K2 Insurance Services, Bob built one of the most respected Managing General Agency platforms in the country from the ground up. Before founding K2 in 2011, he served as Executive Vice President at Guy Carpenter & Company, where he led their Program Manager Solutions Group. He grew revenues across their MGA portfolio and earned a reputation for his uncanny ability to identify and back high-performing specialty operators before anyone else.

Bob’s career spans every layer of the P&C stack: from growth-stage MGA operations to institutional reinsurance, he understands how risk flows through the system, and where the leverage points are. That’s exactly why Namara caught his attention, and why he’s so valuable to the team.
